  • What does Assisted Software Solution mean?
    We understand it takes time for staff to be trained on how to use new software. Instead of burdening your staff and to maximise your returns we provide free managed services in your first year. Your dedicated account manager is available to handle any of your needs on demand.
  • How are you going to help administer the software for us?
    After we onboard your company a dedicated account manager will work closely with your team to guide and answer any questions they may have. Setting up reminders, adding in employees, generation reports and payroll troubleshooting are examples of how we can help your team. Basic functions like approving overtime and leaves are done by your staff. The aim is to get your team fully proficient during the first 12 months.
  • Can I administer the system on my own?
    Yes you can — not only is Workforce a user friendly system we will also provide you the support via the knowledge centre, live chat and dedicated WhatsApp Group Chats .
  • How much does it cost me for this service?
    During the first 12 months, our manage services is totally free. After that, if you choose to retain our services it is an additional RM 500/month.
  • How long does implementation and setup take?
    Implementation and set up usually takes between 2-4 weeks.
  • Is there any commitment?
    We have a cancel anytime policy because we believe that our customers deserve the best. If for whatever reason, we cannot satisfy your needs please let us two a minimum of 2 weeks before the monthly billing cycle. Setup Fees are non refundable.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You simply have to get in touch with us and let us know you want to cancel and why. For more information on our cancelation policy please click here
  • When am I billed by Workforce?
    Our monthly subscription fee’s are billed a month in advance. Invoices will be issued out at the start of each month.
  • What features are included?
    The main features are smart attendance, leave and overtime management, one click payroll and business analytics. For an overview of all features check out our homepage.
  • How do I sign up?
    You can get instant quotation from our pricing page, dont forget to leave us your contact details and a member of our sales team will be in touch.
  • Is my data secure?
    All data is encrypted and password protected via SSL and we use Amazon Web Services as our Cloud Computing Partner. Daily backups stored in multiple locations and we can set it up to be stored on your local servers for added peace of mind.
  • Where is the data hosted?
    The data is securely hosted on the world’s leading cloud infrastructure company, Amazon Web Services.
  • What devices are compatible with Workforce?
    Workforce is accessible on any desktop computer with an active internet connection and works on modern tablets too. Workforce is also compatible with most time attendance devices. To find out if your devices are compatible, please do get in touch with us via the contact us section.
  • Are your services available outside of Malaysia?
    Our business currently only operates within Malaysia. If you are interested in implementing Workforce but your business is located outside of Malaysia, please do get in touch with us to explore possible opportunities.
  • Can I get a demo of Workforce?

  • How does the system get updated?
    Workforce is a cloud based software, all updates are done automatically via the internet. There is no need for a download or installation when a new upgrade is available. Any changes from the statutory bodies are also automatically updated as soon as they become part of Malaysian law.
  • I have a suggestion to make the system better, how do I go about it?"

  • I heard I can get a 25% discount on the set up fee by using a referral code, where can I find out more?"
